MindsEye Vu offers a curriculum designed to introduce mindfulness, movement, and emotional regulation to students ranging from young children to teenagers.

Asanas

Strengthen Bodies, Calm Minds: These guided adventures help students explore their bodies, breath, and minds. The sessions are designed to build strength and flexibility in young children while teaching them techniques to cultivate calmness and well-being.

Pranayamam

Blowing Away Worries: Participants discover the powerful, simple magic of breathwork. They learn how intentional, controlled breathing—using engaging prompts like gently blowing a feather—can effectively bring either a sense of calm or a necessary boost of energy to both the body and mind.

Mindful Moment Activities

Being Present: Mindfulness is taught as the simple practice of being fully present in the
current moment. MindsEye Vu guides classes through various interactive activities specifically designed to cultivate calm, compassion, 

Mantra

Sacred Sounds: Students learn about Mantras, which are described as sacred ancient Yoga sounds. These  foster internal connection to oneself and external connection to others within the group environment.

Stress Busters

Shaking It Up: Engage in fun, self-love “Stress Busters” designed to relieve physical tension and oxygenate the brain. These dynamic activities serve as ideal transitional tools between extended school activities or rigorous study periods.

Meditation

Peaceful Resting Poses: This program utilizes one of the most common mindful
techniques: guided visualization. Children are invited to join “Imagination Vacations,” where they can lie down comfortably and enter a peaceful, calm state, helping them to better understand and manage their own feelings.
